How Does a 2 – 1 – 0 Rate Buydown work?
Hildy Homes will pay for a lower rate for the first 2 years of your mortgage.
The example below is based on a $599,900 purchase price.
For the first year of the mortgage, the interest rate would be 2% lower than the current APR.
For the second year of the mortgage, the interest rate would be 1% lower than the current APR.
For years 3-30 years of the mortgage, the rate would be the current APR that you locked in at the beginning of your mortgage.
And all of this is at ZERO COST TO YOU!
