The subcontractors that worked on our home were also professional and did excellent work. When we had a question during the building, design process, or final walkthroughs, they made sure our questions got answered and the work got done right. We built our first house with Hildy in 2011 and it was a very enjoyable experience. Going through a building process for the first time was a little intimidating and we weren’t sure what all it entailed. We wanted to incorporate as many things as we could off of our wish list while still maintaining a budget. Ryan and Bryan were very helpful in giving us ideas and allowing us to look at some of their work in the Omaha market so we could see different options prior to making decisions. The subcontractors on the job were also very professional and always called us for clarifications and/or walkthroughs prior to doing any work to make sure it was done the way we intended. When we did have questions or clarifications they were promptly answered by one of the Hildys and they were very good at keeping everybody on schedule (except for us when they were waiting for us to pick stuff out LOL!). We are both very satisfied with the finished product of our house and spent our first night there on Christmas Eve 2011. We would highly recommend Hildy Homes to anyone looking for a quality product at a competitive price. Ryan and Bryan are great people personally and professionally, they are a blast to work with and take a lot of pride in their work!

I've had the opportunity to build three houses prior to building a house with Hildy Homes. Working with Bryan and Ryan Hilderbrand was extremely refreshing compared to other builders I've used in the past. Bryan and Ryan truly care about the house they are building, the quality that goes into it, and the people they are building it for. They attend to every detail and openly communicate progress and what to expect throughout the process. If any unforeseen obstacles arose—as they sometimes do while building a home—Bryan and Ryan were proactive about handling those situations so that we could stay on budget and on schedule.
